City Sales was first established in February 2014, as a way for customers to sell their houses in a professional but economical way.

Traditional estate agents typically have large overheads to cover, which in turn means they need to charge higher fees to their own customers.

City Sales is based at the group's Head Office in central Plymouth . The Plymouth sales are managed by Simon Allen, a 40 year old exprienced estate agent who lives in the city himself. The Cornish sales are managed by Ian Tubb, aged 41 who lives in mid Cornwall, who has worked in the industry for the last twenty years. 

The sales team is fully supported by an office based team of sales progressors and financial services advisors, all of whom are highly experienced in the sector.

The proposition has been hugely successful, having sold over £30m of property since opening the doors 18 months ago. The company has built very strong working relationships with local solicitors practises, to ensure their clients obtain a reliable fast service at sensible prices.
