Having started life in construction when we left school, we acquired our first investment property in 1985 in central Plymouth .

Over the last 30 years we have developed over 50 new build properties from bare sites in and around South Devon, ranging from small one bedroom flats to 6,000 square foot detached executive properties. Building under the NHBC banner helped ensure our customers bought a high quality property that was always built to last .

During this time we also continued to acquire investment properties, mainly in the university city of Plymouth. We have always undertaken our own property management via a professional approach to the whole business .

Our Head Office is based in central Plymouth, from where we control and run our lettings, investment and maintenance divisions . With a staff complement of cicra 25 we are a professional forward thinking organisation with a strong desire to continue growing.
